From Eugene, take I-5 Exit 188A (Hwy 58) and go 13 miles to Dexter Lake and take left on Lowell-Jasper Rd. Well signed from there. Take a right at CG Market. Probably 3-5 miles from there. When facing the dam, you can go left or right, but better launch to the right.
