Dorena Lake/Cottage Grove Exit 174 from I-5. Go 8 miles East of Cottage Grove. Left at first light on Row River Rd 4.4 miles, east on Shoreview Drive 2.8 miles. You will see lake on left hand side, entrance on left about 1/2-1 mile from first seeing the lake.

Additional Campground Information

Camping Info: First Come; First Serve. No reservations other than Group Areas. Some sites are pull thrus. No hookups. 1/3 of sites are lake front. One large (main) bathroom with showers on west end of campground, near boat ramp and 2 vault toilets in middle of campgrounds. Showers take 4 quarters. VERY Nice day-use picnic area. Consession hours 10-7 M-W and 8-8 Th-Sn. Ice, drinks, breakfast, goodies, and much more. Group area by reservation, 541-942-7669

Barrier Free Info: Camp sites are not neccessarily setup for Barrier Free Access, but dock, restrooms are.

Attractions: Very nice lake. Nice lake side hiking trail at the end of the campground loop. Town is just 6-8 miles away if you forget something. Walmart and Safeway in town.

Additional Boating Information

Boating Info: Very easy to launch. There is a Marina there with approx. 20-26 slips, but I understand from a local there is some 10 year waiting list... There are places just off the lake shore or even in the grassy area where campers can keep their boats near them.

Ramp Info: Improved; Single Improved ramp, but with 2 lanes.
