Directions: Owyhee Reservoir is located in Malheur County south of Vale in eastern Oregon. It stretches for over 40 miles when full and offers fishing, water skiing, boating, and spectacular scenery. It can be reached by traveling 31 miles southwest of Nyssa, Oregon, on paved roads. State and county parks are available for use here.
