Directions: Brownlee Reservoir is located on the Snake River to the east of Baker City. Access on the Oregon side can be made off of Interstate 84 at the Farewell Bend State Park, from Richland which is 42 miles from Baker City and from the "river road" which is a gravel road running along the river from Richland to Huntington.
